20 June (Monday)

welcome party Nikolayevsky Palace.
Folk show with fourchette (2 hours)
Address: 4, Truda Square.
5.45 pm Departure of the participants on the buses from Technological University (the buses wait at Bronnitskaya Street)
7 pm The beginning of the folk show in two parts with the  fourchette in between.
9 pm Departure from Nikolayevsky Palace
Return to the hotels.

21 June (Tuesday)

6.30 pm – city tour (3 buses with English speaking guide in each). Departure from Technological University.
8.30 pm – Return to the hotels.

22 June (Wednsday)
For the participants – working day.
For the accompanying persons tour of the Hermitage
2 pm – Departure in a bus with an English speaking guide from Technological University (the bus waits at Bronnitskaya Street).
About 2.45 pm entrance to the Hermitage
5 pm. Exit from the Hermitage
5.15 pm departure from the Hermitage

23 June (Thursday)

2-2.30 pm departure to Petrodvoretz (Peterhoff) from Technological University (the buses wait at Bronnitskaya Street).
3pm Tour of the Lower Park (without entrance to the palace).
Departure from Petrodvoretz for the banquet at Tchaikovsky Restaurant
8 pm-10.30 pm banquet at Tchaikovsky Restaurant (address: 6, Fontanka Embankment).
Return to the hotels.

24 June (Friday)

3 pm - Tour of the choice – Hermitage or Russian State Museum.
You can make your choice at the ICCMR web-site before 14 June.
The tour is not included; the payment is required at the conference registration.
3 pm Departure to the Hermitage or (and) Russian Museum
18.30 pm Departure from the Hermitage or (and) Russian Museum.

For the Hermitage tour look for the bus with the HERMITAGE sign
The price for groups of 10 or more 1400 RUB (35 EURO) per person.

For the Russian State Museum tour look for the bus with RUSSIAN MUSEUM sign.
The price for groups of 10 or more 1120 RUB (28 EURO) per person.
