In order to provide you the visa support (to send you an invitation letter for visa) we need you to fill in the form as well as e-mail us the copy of your passport and official stamped letter from your employer stating your present occupation.
A photocopy of the invitation letter will be e-mailed to you and the original will be sent by post.

We provide the visa support free of charge if the accommodation is booked via Comintour. In case if you book your hotel independently, it is advisable to ask the hotel to send the invitation letter to you. If the hotel is unable to do it, please inform us so Comintour can assist you in obtaining the visa support.

Please note, when applying for Russian visa, that it is impossible to change the dates of stay, shown in visa, once you enter the country, so please allow a few days before the conference and a few days after, in case of any unintended circumstances as well as if you want to take part in cultural program, exploring the country's heritage and the beautiful city of St.Petersburg.

Please state your name and the name of the conference ICCMR-10, when making the payment, so we can identify the payment.

In case if you wish to stay in another hotel not mentioned above please let us know. Being professionals on the tourist market Comintour may be able to assist you. Also if you wish us to organize any excursions, concert tickets, transfers etc, on the top of the official program of the conference, or organize tours in St.Petersburg and around Russia after the conference is finished, please do not hesitate to check with us.
